1. About Us

Prismatic Consulting is a leadership and workplace-training firm based in India. We design and deliver workshops, training programmes (including AccelerateHer™, HumanMultiplier™, Difficult Conversations and Multi-Generational Workplaces), Development Centres, and assessment and reporting services such as Leadership 360° Feedback, Learning Impact Reports and Behavioural Diagnostics.

2. Use of the Website

You may use the Website for lawful purposes only, to learn about our services and contact us. You agree not to:

• provide false or misleading information in any enquiry form;
• copy, scrape, reproduce or republish Website content without our written permission;
• attempt to disrupt, hack or gain unauthorised access to the Website or its systems;
• use the Website to send spam or unlawful material.

3. Enquiries and Discovery Calls

Submitting an enquiry or booking a discovery call does not create a contract. Any free initial consultation is offered for discussion purposes only. Recommendations shared during a discovery call are general and are not binding until confirmed in a formal proposal.

4. Service Engagements

All training programmes, Development Centres and assessment services are delivered under a separate proposal, statement of work or agreement with the client organisation. That agreement sets out scope, deliverables, schedule, fees, payment terms and cancellation terms, and takes priority over these Terms if there is any conflict.

5. Fees, Rescheduling and Cancellation

Fees are as quoted in the agreed proposal and are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST) unless stated otherwise. [Example: Sessions rescheduled with less than 7 working days' notice, or cancelled with less than 14 working days' notice, may attract a charge of up to [X]% of the session fee, plus any non-refundable travel or venue costs.]

6. Participant Conduct

Participants are expected to engage respectfully in workshops, simulations, role plays and group discussions. We may remove a participant whose conduct disrupts a session or makes others unsafe, after informing the client organisation.

7. Assessments and Reports

Development Centre ratings, 360° feedback results and other assessment reports reflect trained assessors' professional judgement and respondents' input at a point in time. They are intended to support development and talent decisions, and should be used alongside the client organisation's own judgement. We do not guarantee any specific employment, promotion or performance outcome.

8. Outcomes Disclaimer

Outcome figures shown on the Website (for example, faster leadership readiness or improved collaboration) are based on past engagements and are illustrative. Results depend on each organisation's context, participation and follow-through, and are not guaranteed.

9. Intellectual Property

All Website content and all programme materials, frameworks, tools, assessment instruments, workbooks, slides and trademarks (including AccelerateHer™ and HumanMultiplier™) belong to Prismatic Consulting or its licensors. Clients and participants receive a limited, non-transferable right to use materials for internal learning only. Materials may not be copied, recorded, resold or used to run training for others without our written consent.

10. Confidentiality

We treat information shared by client organisations and participants during engagements as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or agreed in writing. Clients agree to keep our proprietary materials and pricing confidential.

11. Third-Party Links

The Website links to our Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram pages and may link to other third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prismatic Consulting is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the Website or our services. Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
