• Enquiry form: your name, organisation, email address, phone number and training requirement (e.g., leadership development, workplace communication, conflict resolution, diversity & inclusion, multi-generational teams, team effectiveness or a custom programme).
• Calls and emails: details you share when you call, email or book a discovery call with us.
• Programme participants: names, job roles, contact details and attendance, shared with us by the client organisation.
• Assessment data: Development Centre observations and ratings, 360° feedback responses, behavioural diagnostic results, and pre- and post-programme evaluations.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and similar usage information collected automatically by our hosting provider or analytics tools.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To respond to enquiries and arrange discovery calls.
• To prepare proposals and deliver workshops, programmes, Development Centres and assessments.
• To produce participant reports, feedback sessions and learning impact reports for the client organisation.
• To send service-related communication and, with your consent, occasional updates about our programmes and insights.
• To maintain, secure and improve the Website.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

3. Assessment and 360° Feedback Data

When we run assessments for a client organisation, we process participant and respondent data on that organisation's behalf and according to its instructions. Individual 360° responses are reported in aggregated form where possible, to protect respondent anonymity. Reports are shared only with the participant and the people agreed with the client organisation.

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

• the client organisation that engaged us, for programme and assessment reporting;
• trusted service providers such as website hosting (Vercel), email, online assessment and survey tools, who process data on our behalf;
• associate facilitators or assessors working on an engagement, under confidentiality obligations;
• government or legal authorities where required by law.

5. Cookies and Analytics

6. Data Security
